About the Role:

Lenskart.com is hiring a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join its dynamic analytics team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will play a key part in turning data into meaningful insights that drive strategic business decisions. The position requires strong analytical skills, teamwork, and a deep understanding of data systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the distribution of key program monitoring data, including internal dashboards and organizational metrics.
• Demonstrate leadership ability by efficiently managing team deliverables and collaborating across departments.
• Work closely with Data Engineers to apply transformations using technologies such as DBT for reporting purposes.
• Handle MIS functions independently, including data interpretation and analysis.
• Prepare internal reports, trackers, product and customer mapping files, and performance summaries.
• Assist in designing database specifications using business requirements.
• Build and maintain BI tools, reports, and dashboards that support operational and strategic goals.
• Perform data quality audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Analyze data using statistical methods and craft client-ready presentations.
• Support cross-functional data analysis and customer insights dashboard creation.
• Document all data sources and visualization design processes for sustainability.
• Lead monthly and quarterly data aggregation reports.
• Participate in research projects, patents, or academic publications for journals and conferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivalent quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
